This baseline policy explains the product data used by the current Vacora Listing review workflow.
Content you provide
Vacora processes seller-provided Listing content, selected category, report metadata, account identifiers, and payment access records needed to operate the Listing review workflow.
Report access
Saved reports and PDF access are owner-scoped. A report link does not grant another account access to the report.
Operational data
The service may keep technical status, delivery, entitlement, and provider event metadata so access can be granted, restored, or diagnosed after a technical failure.
Your choices
Use the authenticated account pages for saved reports and account access. For payment or delivery support, include the report ID and payment reference instead of sending raw Listing content unless needed for diagnosis.
