How the Vacora review works

What Vacora checks

Vacora checks seller-provided Amazon Listing text, CSV/Excel rows, and eligible paid image text for configured wording risk signals.

What Full Review includes

Full Review includes full findings, Safe Rewrite, Recheck, and Report/PDF delivery for the reviewed Listing.

How Safe Rewrite works

Safe Rewrite creates more conservative English Listing copy, preserves submitted seller facts, and avoids adding new product claims.

What Recheck does

Recheck runs the rewritten Listing through the same deterministic audit boundary so unresolved signals remain visible before delivery.

OCR Image Text Review

OCR Image Text Review is available only to active Pro and Business subscriptions with Complete Review quota available, for up to five product or package images. Free and Single Report do not include it. The extracted text is editable before it is included in the review.

OCR reviews visible words only. Vacora does not perform visual compliance review or judge the image itself.

What the report includes

Risk map

Detected wording signals, severity, source posture, and repeated occurrence coverage.

Rewrite comparison

Original Listing wording beside the Safe Rewrite output generated from submitted facts.

Recheck status

The rewritten Listing is checked again before Report/PDF delivery.

Payment, subscription, and entitlement restoration

Single Report unlocks one Full Review for the generated report. Pro and Business add recurring monthly Risk Check and Full Review quotas.

If a terminal technical failure prevents paid delivery, the service can regenerate the report or restore the consumed report entitlement.

Privacy and data handling

Use seller-provided Listing content only. Vacora avoids placing sensitive Listing text in URLs, analytics events, or public support copy.

  • Do not submit Seller Central private data, order IDs, case IDs, account-health private fields, product URLs, ASINs, SKUs, seller or store names, signed URLs, provider secrets, prompts, or raw AI responses.
  • Report access remains owner-scoped.
  • Support requests should use report ID and payment reference instead of raw Listing content when possible.

FAQ

Is Vacora affiliated with Amazon?

No. Vacora is not affiliated with Amazon and does not represent Amazon policy enforcement or marketplace decisions.

Does Vacora guarantee approval?

No. Vacora helps reduce wording risk, but it does not guarantee Amazon approval, control Amazon decisions, or provide legal advice.

What information is outside the service?

Account history, packaging, certificates, lab reports, supplier records, and information you do not submit are outside this Listing-content workflow.

What happens if delivery fails?

The service retries eligible generation steps. If a paid report cannot be delivered because of a terminal technical failure, the consumed report entitlement can be restored.
