Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Vacora, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these terms for yourself or on behalf of a business. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Each account is for single-user access. You must not share credentials or allow multiple individuals to use the same account.

3. Automated Listing-content workflow

Vacora provides an automated Amazon US Listing-content review workflow: you submit seller-provided Listing text, CSV/Excel rows, or eligible OCR-extracted image text, and the service returns configured wording risk signals. Paid flows unlock Complete Review with full findings, Safe Rewrite, Recheck, and Report/PDF delivery. The current product scope covers Amazon US marketplace Listing text.

4. No Amazon affiliation or guarantees

Vacora is not affiliated with Amazon, is not endorsed or approved by Amazon, and does not represent Amazon policy enforcement or marketplace decisions. Vacora does not provide compliance certification, legal advice, regulatory advice, or tax advice. Vacora does not guarantee Amazon approval, Listing acceptance, suppression prevention, delisting prevention, or any specific marketplace outcome.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the Listing content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Vacora a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to operate and deliver the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content you provide and for any consequences of its submission.

6. Prohibited submissions and acceptable use

You must not submit: private Seller Central data, order IDs, case IDs, account-health private fields, product URLs, ASINs, SKUs, seller or store names, signed URLs, provider secrets, credentials, or raw AI prompts. You must not use Vacora to submit unlawful content, attempt to bypass access controls or usage quotas, reverse engineer the service, interfere with service security, or engage in harmful automated use.

7. Safe Rewrite and OCR boundaries

Safe Rewrite is AI-assisted but schema-validated and Rechecked through the deterministic audit boundary. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use the output. OCR reviews extracted visible text only — it is text extraction, not visual compliance judgment. Vacora does not perform visual compliance review of images.

8. Plans and quotas

Vacora offers Free, Single Report, Pro, and single-user Business access. Free provides a limited Risk Check preview. Single Report unlocks one Complete Review for a single generated Report. Pro and Business provide recurring monthly Risk Check and Complete Review quotas. Business differs from Pro by higher quotas and remains single-user. Unused recurring membership quota does not carry into a later monthly usage period. Gift Credits and Single Report access are separate; any applicable expiry is shown with the grant or transaction terms. Credits have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Pricing, billing, and cancellation

Prices are as published at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal. You can cancel through the hosted billing portal available for your account. Cancellation stops a future renewal; paid access continues through the current paid period. Provider payment events are the authority for billing status. If provider records and Vacora records differ, provider records control.

10. Refunds and delivery restoration

Except where required by applicable law or confirmed in writing for the transaction, paid fees are non-refundable. If a terminal technical delivery failure prevents paid report access, Vacora may regenerate the report or restore the consumed report entitlement as the sole remedy. For a charge or refund question, contact support with the account email address and payment reference. Do not include raw Listing content unless needed to diagnose the technical issue.

11. Intellectual property and feedback

Vacora and its licensors own the platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. Vacora does not claim ownership of your submitted Listing facts. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Vacora may be used by Vacora without obligation to you.

12. Service availability and changes

Vacora may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Vacora does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and does not offer an uptime SLA. Vacora may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse, or conduct that risks harm to Vacora, other users, or third parties.

13. Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vacora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vacora does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that review results will be accurate or complete. Your use of the service is at your own risk. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vacora and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or cost of substitute services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Vacora's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid Vacora for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100) if you have not made any payments. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory consumer rights.

15. Terms changes and contact

Vacora may update these Terms of Service. The effective date above will reflect the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where practical. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Contact: [email protected].
