Terms of Service
These baseline terms describe the current public Vacora service boundary for the automated Listing-content workflow.
Automated Listing-content workflow
Vacora processes the Amazon US Listing fields you submit and returns detected wording signals, automated handling output, recheck status, saved report details, and export controls where available.
Marketplace decisions
Amazon makes its own marketplace decisions. Vacora does not decide whether a Listing may be sold, published, suppressed, or accepted by a marketplace.
Submitted content
You are responsible for the Listing content you submit and for deciding how to use the resulting report in your own business process.
Paid access and delivery
Paid report access is based on verified payment-provider events. If a terminal technical delivery failure prevents paid report delivery, the service can regenerate the report or restore the consumed report entitlement.
