Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how to request help with a paid Vacora purchase or subscription.
Paid access covered
This policy applies to paid Vacora access, including a one-time report purchase and a subscription renewal. It does not change the service boundaries in the Terms of Service.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription before its next renewal through the billing-management option available for your account. Cancellation stops a future renewal; paid access remains available through the current paid period unless access must end sooner under applicable law.
Requesting help with a charge
Email [email protected] with the account email address and payment reference. Do not include raw Listing content unless it is necessary to diagnose a technical delivery issue.
Technical delivery issues
If a terminal technical failure prevents delivery of paid report access, Vacora may regenerate the report or restore the consumed report entitlement. Where a refund is required by law or confirmed for the transaction, it will be handled through the payment flow used for that purchase.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
